Refund Policy

At Xkart India (xkartindia.in), we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers. This Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for purchases made on our website.


1. Returns & Replacement Eligibility

We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is wrong, damaged, defective, or has a quality issue.

  • You have raised a return request within 2 days of order delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

We do not accept returns for size issues if the correct size was delivered, but we will still try to assist on a case-by-case basis.


2. Return Request Process

To request a return or replacement, please contact us at:

Include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Reason for return

  • Images of the product (if applicable)

Our team will verify the request and arrange a pickup if approved.


3. Refund Process

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The product is not available for replacement

  • The order was cancelled before shipment

  • The returned product passes quality check

Once approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a wrong or defective product.


4. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order if:

  • The order has not yet been shipped.

To cancel, email us at support@xkartindia.in with your Order ID.

If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible; however, you may request a return after delivery (as per policy).


5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear

  • Accessories that have been opened

  • Items purchased during clearance or special discount sales

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse


6. Quality Check & Rejection

Your return may be rejected if:

  • Product is used, washed, or damaged after delivery

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

  • Wrong item is returned

  • Return request is placed after the allowed time window

If rejected, the item will be sent back to you.
