Cancellation policy

At Xkart India (xkartindia.in), we aim to ensure a smooth shopping experience. This Cancellation Policy outlines how customers can cancel orders placed on our website.


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Customers may request cancellation before the order is shipped.

To cancel an order, please contact us at:

Please include the following:

  • Order ID

  • Registered mobile number

  • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and initiate a refund (if prepaid).


2. Cancellation After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel the order.
However, after delivery, you may still request a return as per our Return & Refund Policy.


3. Prepaid Order Refunds

If your prepaid order is cancelled before shipment:

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 business days

For COD orders, no refund is required unless the customer has paid online as part of a partial or full advance.


4. Seller / System Cancellations

Xkart India may cancel an order under exceptional situations such as:

  • Product out of stock

  • Payment verification failure

  • Invalid shipping address

  • High-risk or suspicious transaction

  • Technical errors or operational issues

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and full refunds (if applicable) will be processed.
